The Machine

How it works?

Project C.A.D.D.E.T. works upon 3 main principles: Communication, Attraction, and Detection. After analyzing various data from different sightings, abductions, and UFO experiences, I attempted to decipher a few common strands to the stories. After extracting this information, I looked into some physics books, spoke to a few scientists and physicists, and most importantly, let my imagination roll. After all, some of the world's greatest discoveries were found because someone imagined something possible.

I will go through each of the machine's properties and explain the elements used to produce the desired results:

Attraction

First, the machine has 3 industrial sized light cans mounted onto the steel frame. These "pods" contain 3 blue high-powered strobe lights that create a visual stimulus from above. The lights are arranged in the pattern of a triangle, as often times there are triangular shapes associated both with the crafts sighted as well as the landscapes that they are spotted over. Then, I mounted 3 helium-neon lasers in a triangular form shining upward into a 5-inch crystal from India. There is a theory regarding the creation of a forced energy field between the interaction of a crystal and laser technology, and this is what we are attempting to accomplish. Another aspect of attraction, lays within a piece of Buddah Labradorite I received from Brazil. This stone has been often associated as a common element in the ground where many sightings have occured. The beautiful stone remains suspended from a pendulum at the back of the machine. Lastly, a transmitter sends a radio signal into space of a looping sequence similar to that of Close Encounters of the Third Kind. The signal is left to repeat uninterrupted, while being monitored on a nearby radio.

Communication

Atop of the machine's dashboard is a mounted Keyboard. This keyboard is used to establish the desired signal that will be transmitted, as it sits and waits to be used as a responsive device to a signal that should variate. Since we cannot assume that alien's would know English, Chinese, or any other man made verbal language, the safest thing that we can use to communicate with is music. It is undoubtedly a universal language. Should this signal change, show any variation, or have an interception from another source, the keyboard allows us to communicate back to the disrupted signal.

Detection

Among some of the most frequently reported environmental changes that take place during a UFO sighting are: changes in the electromagnetic fields, residual radiation deposits, time changes, loss of memory, and temperature changes. To verify what we may visually encounter, I have added devices to the machine set to detect many of these environmental changes. Mounted to the dashboard is a digital electromagnetic frequency detector, a Geiger Counter that is used to detect amounts of radiation in an area, a digital thermometer to detect changes in temperature, a digital clock that is synchronized with everyone's analog watches to avoid time discrepancies, and a digital video camera that is set up to record what one might encounter as visual evidence.

These are the basics of the machine! They are what make it tick! Just to see it running at night is alone a beautiful sight. The blue lights flashing high into the sky and the clear crystal illuminated with red beams of the refracted laser. It is definitely something that should be seen.
